Tze Meng Chin is an executive coach and leadership facilitator, working with clients in the APAC region for over 12 years in various sectors such as insurance, banking, telecommunications, technology, professional services and manufacturing. He has delivered regional award winning leadership development and management development programmes for high potential talent for many organisations including Standard Chartered and HSBC. In addition, he also designs and delivers highly interactive workshops on various key leadership skills such as team communication skills, emotional intelligence & conflict management.
Previously he has held Regional Director and Project Management roles in the IT and Manufacturing sectors. His varied skills and experience have been integrated into his leadership and management development facilitation. His style is highly interactive, balancing challenge with support and an appropriate dose of humour!
As a professionally certified coach, he specialises in coaching middle to senior level managers as part of leadership development programmes and hi-potential talent management processes, in addition to small business and start-up entrepreneurs. He is certified in an array of tools such as Enneagram, Extended-DISC, MBTI, Tetramap & Lominger Architect that he uses these to bring awareness to his clients. He is also a certified NLP Practitioner.
Tze Meng holds a Batchelors in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and is fluent in Mandarin and English.
