Ting Tseng is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, coach and facilitator. He earned his M.A. at Minnesota State University, Mankato and is a member of Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, as well as Association for Talent Development.
Ting’s passion lies in helping people and organizations realizing their potential. His areas of interest focus on talent management, leadership development, group dynamic and training.
Ting has worked as a consultant in United States, Germany, and Hong Kong. His global experience and expertise has helped him serving clients from different cultures and industries with local and global presence; Ting supported them bridging the gaps, building up the skills and growing future leaders in different markets. The industries he has worked with include Pharmaceutical, IT, Insurance, Finance, Steel and Manufactory.
Prior to being a consultant, Ting was a counsellor in the Taiwanese Army, working with soldiers stationed at the frontier for their stress and emotional issues.
Ting has considerable experience in designing, organizing and delivering assessment and development centers for different levels; he has conducted young talent centers to help the clients filling their talent pipelines as well as executive level centers for succession planning.
As a leadership facilitator, Ting has delivered many leadership and management development programmes for HiPo talent across APAC. He is fluent in both Mandarin and English, and is very experienced working in cross boundary environments.
