Sandy Oetterli is a very experienced Leadership Facilitator and Executive Coach, practicing in Europe and Asia for over two decades.
Previous to her work as an external consultant, Sandy held senior Leadership and Development roles in Adidas, KPMG and PWC. Her background is one of managing, designing and delivering medium scale talent management strategies and programmes, specializing in complex businesses and regional partnership environments.
As a leadership facilitator, she brings considerable insight and capability to organisations and teams requiring new skills and behaviours to adapt and achieve commercial success.
As an Executive Coach, Sandy works with all levels of management and leadership, working with teams as part of a leadership programme or in 1-1 relationships, to develop capability and shift performance. She is very supportive in the way she appropriately challenges her clients to develop new insights and approaches to meet very clear objectives established for the coaching relationships.
She is certified and experienced in a wide range of psychometrics and coaching models that support her coaching relationships including Hogans, PDI360, DISC, MBTI, Hermann Brain and Change Pro.
She holds a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology from City University in London and Batchelors in Psychology and German from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Sandy is fluent in both English and German, originally born in Switzerland.
