Ruoxin has extensive experience, specializing in talent, leadership and organization development. Her passion lies in using diverse interventions to catalyze transformation and change from within - a person, a team, and an organization. She bridges development needs and digital experiences to support her practice.
Her experience includes designing and delivering executive assessment and development solutions, such as assessment & development centers, blended learning journeys and action learning programs for individuals and teams. She emphasizes experiential learning and reflective practice in her programs, co-creating solutions in partnership with her clients. These clients include Roche, Merck, BSH, Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Dyson, Hactl, SCMP, MTR and many more in various commercial sectors.
Her practice ties learning into the business needs and impact of clients and creates platforms for exploration, expression, and experiment. She is also a seasoned facilitator of agile and design thinking methodologies such as Sprints and Hackathons, working with strategic project teams and senior leadership teams across Asia Pacific. She facilitates culture transformation, behavior and mindset shifts through her interventions, combining her extensive field experience with psychology theories to enrich her service portfolio. She is known for stimulating insights within individuals and teams.
Ruoxin is a native Mandarin speaker, she is also fluent in English and Cantonese. She earned her degree at the University of Hong Kong studying Psychology, Cognitive Science and Computer Science. She has also recently obtained her Master’s degree in People and Organizational Development at Roffey Park Institute, a renowned academic institution in the field.
