His background is one of leading teams to create, develop and deliver organisational development change, increased engagement and transformative culture development alongside developing talent management strategies and leadership practice that sustain change in complex businesses, global/regional enterprises and partnership environments across numerous industries such as Oil and Gas, Banking, Professional Services, Manufacturing and Pharmaceuticals & Health Technologies.
Through his company Visions Learning Asia Pacific, with offices in Hong Kong, his client list includes Marriott International, Herman Miller, ThyseenKrupp, Standard Chartered, BNP Paribas, Kering Group, Barclays Capital, Roche, HSBC, Fidelity, Shell, BP, Abbott Laboratories, Herbert Smith Freehills, White and Case, Dyson and the Oracle Corporation. He is retained on the faculty for senior team development at numerous global organisations.
Gregor holds numerous coaching panel positions and People Strategy Advisor roles supplementing his previous internal senior management positions in organisational and leadership development. His coaching style has been described as very supportive in the way he appropriately challenges his clients to develop new insights and approaches to meet very clear objectives established for the coaching relationships. He is certified in a wide range of psychometrics and coaching models that can support his relationships and stakeholders, working together to develop a significant impact supported by an experienced narrative coaching style; a style used effectively when facilitating team leadership events to stimulate insights.
Gregor has been awarded various Fellowships in recognition of his achievements, including the Chartered Institute of Management (FCMI), Institute of Leadership & Development (FInstLM), Royal Society of Arts and Commerce (FRSA) and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors (FIoDHK). He was also awarded a Most Talented Coaching Leader in APAC by the World HR Congress in 2019.
He studied at Leeds University (UK) for a BEd in Education and Psychology, and the University of Cumbria (UK) for the MBA in Leadership & Sustainability. In addition he holds accreditations and certified memberships with the British Psychological Society (BPS),and the World Association of Business Coaches (CBC). He is also a founding member of the Centre of Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) in the United Kingdom.
